How can I track my package?

Once an order is placed the tracking information is sent to the customer's email or mobile phone so they can be aware of their package's movement. You can follow the prompts sent to your e-mail address to track your order. Use the tracking link in the e-mail you received when your order was fulfilled. Alternatively you can log onto the website and track your order from there.

What is the returns Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can contact us at +27 61 534 6887. If your return is accepted, we will book collection with our courier. Please always include a suitable time for collection when lodging a return. When the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
