The upper part of the carrier can be folded to give an extra head and neck support to newborns, without the use of a reducer. The wide seat ensures the proper infant hip position while babywearing, with baby's knees higher up than their bottom and the legs spread around the mothers torso. 

Once an order is placed the tracking information is sent to the customer's email or mobile phone so they can be aware of their package's movement. You can follow the prompts sent to your e-mail address to track your order. Use the tracking link in the e-mail you received when your order was fulfilled. Alternatively you can log onto the website and track your order from there.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
