Paw Patrol Basic Vehicles - Tracker

Once an order is placed the tracking information is sent to the customer's email or mobile phone so they can be aware of their package's movement. You can follow the prompts sent to your e-mail address to track your order.

You can use the tracking link in the e-mail you received when your order was fulfilled. Alternatively you can log onto the website and track your order from there.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@somebunnynew.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the item back to our physical store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping and delivery of returns is the responsibility of the customer.
